so i was feeling pretty good after having hemrrhoid surgery last week. That was until I had my first bowel movement since Tuesday .. last night. This may be TMI for some of you and if you are squeemish.. just do not read the rest of this.
I felt the urge to go around 7pm last night. I couldn't go and around 10 pm my husband went and got me some stool softeners. I was impacted with stool i had to go in and manually remove it.. yeah gross .. trust me i was there and i was disgusted. I finally had a bowel movement around 330 this morning. I went back to bed and got up around 11am and had to do a suppository and a xanax and that helped as well. Then i called the surgeon who did my surgery and he suggested I get an enima. The reason for all this is because i felt the urge to go.. but i couldn't go. so after the enima .. all seems to be ok.
I am very sore now from trying to go.. I have no appetite and am drinking lots of water. I can't bend down to pick things up, It is hard to me to sit down and walking I am ok with.
I have one more day off tomorrow and am going to rest up, drink lots of water and enjoy my pain pills.
sorry if it was TMI.. but oh well.

I had hemrrhoid surgery on Wednesday. Does anyone know how long I have to wait to start back at exercising?? I am off of work till Monday and i figured I would wait till at least then. I have only been eating one meal a day.. and it really isn't on purpose.. just no appetite or energy. Today my kids came home (they were at their grandparents all week) and I am wore out. I feel as if I at least have maintained my weight.. not losing or gaining.
if anyone knows how long i should wait .. please let me know!!

I put on a pair of 18 jeans today and they fit! I am not going to work out today. I know guilt will settle in, but I am on call, I am tired and I took a Xanax. My hope for next week is to reach 232.
I am still in awe that I am just a few pounds away from 220's. I am so proud of myself, happy, and all the other feelings that go along with losing that much weight. My ultimate goal is to be in the 170s/160s by next May.
I am so proud. Thank you fatsecret and thank you to my support system on FS
