I ran 3.5 miles tonight on my treadmill. I am not a small girl.. I am a 236 pound lady. I haved 3 minutes off my time from last night! I ran a mile and then rested for 5.. ran a mile and rested. The sweat was covering me.. best feeling ever after a long day at work. Tomorrow heading to the gym around 8am.

I am on call this weekend.. I work in surgery. I only live about 2 blocks from the hospital and I don't go very far from home. I have been using this time to work out. I have used my treadmill, done workouts on my living room floor and boy am I sore. I have done planks, donkey kicks and many more to work on my saddlebags. I am getting this weight off once and for all. Next week I am getting my period .. so I am not worrying about another weigh in till I am over the hump of my period.
Lots of water!! That is the name of the game. I am not feeling bad for eating. I was at work this morning and they provided us with breakfast.. and it wasn't the healthiest, but i was hungry and i ate till i was full and I even left some on the plate.
Oh well.. have a good one to who ever is reading this!

I had another personal training session today. I am really hating my trainer.. but in a good way i suppose. She works me so hard and makes me want to fight her, but i can't because i am so out of breath i would fall on the floor and probably throw up.
I didn't lose any weight this week, but i didn't gain either and I am happy with that. I am thinking i am losing inches..
