I went on a nice long, 2h run this morning and have also restarted my intermittent fasting regime today.
Stepping on the scale after the run def gives the most optimistic weight as my body was dehydrated after the run.
From yesterday's 176 down to 169 in a single day is pretty much impossible if it were not for the loss of water weight.
My true weight is somewhere in between the two extremes.

Right after returning from a week of beach vacation.
I gained 10lb. While this is nothing to brag about, i need this measurement to know my progress in the upcoming weeks.
Back to interment fasting tomorrow, and running :)

So spring break starts well, with me relaxing my fasting regiment and eating almost normally.
I am a firm believer in YOLO and as such there is a time to be strict and a time to enjoy and recharge.
With that said though I love being active especially if i don't have to work for 8h a day and build my life around that schedule :)
It is also going to be interesting to see how far back 1 week will push me as well as how long it is going to take me to get back down to 166lb or to eventually hire my 160lb goal.

My cat woke me up at 4:45am this morning, so after my cup of coffee,and some YouTube videos, i went on a nice relaxing 1.5h run.
There is a drawback in losing weight though ....
I think i will have to get a set of new jeans that fit this weekend 😂
