We went on a road trip yesterday and I ate a lot of crap, came home and continued eating like a zombie.
To reward myself today I will go on another long run once the sun is out and temperatures get above freezing here.
I know today's weigh in will be bad, but I will hold steady on my diet today and I intend in skipping lunch if I can stomache it.
I just stepped off the scale and it stayed at 174lb :)

Unexpectedly, I crashed through my 175lb goal.
Ok a bit unfair, as I weight myself after a 2.5h run but still ...
I think I'll celebrate with a beer ( Bitburger ) tonight and a nice warm meal.

Coming back from my 1.5h run, feeding good.
I am ready for this upcoming, long weekend and it's only Thursday.
I noticed that I am not as energetic now as i was when I mixed running and P90X, so for the next few days i will be going back and as this back in.
