Happy to have gotten between 3 and 5 miles walking (3.5mph average) avery day this week. Goal was 20 miles a week and it looks like Ill get there! Bonus. Pantar Faciatis in my foot seems to be going away with increased walking. Go figure! Soldier on buddies!

Didnt do any logging over the weekend. Had a nice exercise-y kind of weekend though. A couple of 3 plus mile walks,A mountain hike and some swimming. Got 20 miles walking in last week. getting back into the pushup groove (realistically shoot fior 75 or more 5 x a week) and ate pretty well. Next obstacle is late night snackin'. That was the first thing I eliminated in round 1, and its what I need to get away from again. Challenging as I am up all night 4x a week, so the old bod is wondering...what the hell??? Progress, not perfection.

Okay okay...food journal looks terrible I know. Got up at 130, ran out of the house..much to do with son before work. Ate teriibly, did not bring lunch to work as I always do and a co worker hooked me up with more bad grum (though deee-licious!!) I know better. I always pack a ton of friuit and veggied to work. Pre entered my big salad for dinner..as I do have a couple bags in the fridge. Did walk 4 miles today at a 4mph pace... so there is that!
Live and learn!
PS: I found myself not wanting to log as I would not like what I saw...Thats why food journals work Mike,,,you big dummy!!

Managed to get some good walking in this weekend. 4 miles on Saturday and another 7 on Sunday.Managed 3 at work tonight. I am really only shooting for 3 a day,(for now) but I had the opportunity and took it. Next step is to once again get regular about logging food intake. Cleaned out the weight room, so that option is there too. PS: I hate it where I have to walk now ( dark, barren and quite ugly really) compared to the beauty (natural) of my old job, but I can remedy that by walking nicer routes BEFORE I come to work. (i LOVE IT WHEN SOLUTIONS COME WHILE YOU ARE TYPING!)
