1 year since beginningMAINTAINED MY GOAL, AND THEN SOME! Hi buddies. I joined this site last February. I tried to keep my program to a lifestyle change of portion / calorie control (less in) and increasing exercise. Its not always easy, but it's simple, and as it became routine, it just became a way of life. I reached my goal of 175 lbs months ago, and now reside at around 166 lbs. It seems to be where my body wants to be. I still exercise and watch what I eat, and I feel great. I indulge here and there and I think that this is key. Total deprivation leads to failure in my opinion. This site helped me to modify my behaviors and perceptions. The tools and support are phenomenal. I do not track as rabidly as I once did, because my habits have lead to automatic better choices. If I indulge, I KNOW I am indulging. A treat is a treat, and not the "norm" anymore. I am eternally grateful to my buddies on this site, because over one year from my beginning, I am still here, still healthy and feeling AWESOME!
