eeks ok so my breakfast carbs and calories are a bit much! had a coupon from starbucks for their oatmeal so had it with my ice coffee. but 100 calories each for the topping and like 10grams of fat for the nuts topping.but nuts are a healthy fat?
Did an hour of the yoga X this morning- just do not have time for the 1.5 hours. might be able to get it in this evening. definetly plan to go for a walk this evening its susposed to be 75. at least i get off at 4pm. Today was the 4th day exerciseing in a row. Will not weigh till monday though to keep myself on track this weekend.

Despite not wanting to get up at 4am- I pushed myself and did 57min Kenpo. Love that workout- it is intense but great streess relief. lol
I feel I did well eatting yesterday. and got in a walk in the after noon, baby loved it. wanted a chai latte but after getting the kids down for the night, just dropped next to my husband and watched a movie with him. a girl at my work is doing p90x cuz i thought so much the first time so it made me motivated to do it again.

Woke up knowing I have to give it my best this time. I keep seeing that scale either staying the same or trying to inch up. I weighed in 159 this am- I know thats not real but from all the crap I ate this weekend. A couple days of eatting clean and more water will make that go away but it sets me back. Oh well.
I did p90x Core SYN this morning. I also made 3 chicken breast and cut up some cucumber so its easier. I plan to make a big pot of chick torilla(no torilla for me) soup tonight. I also have miles to make up for the 100 mile challenge so plan to start that again tonight. I WILL give it my all starting now!!!

I have exercised 4 days this week. p90x week 0ne of lean but skipped yoga. I NEED to get my eatting in check though. Need to plan my meals better and have cut up veggies in fridge. I will make a big pot of soup this weekend and eat it with my lunch or dinner everyday. I will succeed this time!

Weekend fail again. Taking this from another but changing my weigh to Monday to keep my self accountable for my weekend mess ups. I want to lose weight but do I want it bad enough. I have to get out of the 150s for me- I have been stuck around this weight since May, seen 146 for a short time whille doing p90x and then gained back. Grr. I don't even want to be in the 120s anymore cuz that's unrealistic for me. I
