Will not Will not fall off this time just cuz hubby deployed again. I am close to getting back to where I was before he deployed so this time I will not let myself quit. Baby woke up at 5am half way thru my core dvd so I got her some milk, put on the couch with seame street and pushed play on my dvd and finished. I plan to be 145 by the time he gets back in 30 to 60 days. If it's 60 days or more I hope I am 140 or at least a size 8!
weekend - i felt I did fairly well and still down 2lbs so must of. I did walk all day on saturday at the space cosmospere and did my workout before we left. We had bbq but I think I made good choices,pulled pork with sauce on the side, side salad and beans but it wasn't a big servign.

back to sore to work out today- really disappointed, like the legs and back dvd. I think wednesdays chest,shoulders and triceps really did a number on my back. I only did 30 mins of yoga yesterday too. hopefully next week it isn't as bad. I did walk a mile and half yesterday on my lunch and providing it doesn't rain will do it again today. but really would like to get in legs and back tonight and kenpo in the morning before we leave for our weekend trip. I hope to make some good choices this weekend but sometimes when you're out and away from home it is harder. I plan to allow myslef my cheat meal this weekend and do some kind of exercise on sunday when we get back. forunalty we will be walking alot at the cosmosphere and then the animal wildlife farm so thats a plus.
on a plus note my calories and ratios look really good yesterday. was pleased when i finished adding stuff this morning. definetly need to make more of that califlower pizza it was yummy and no carbs! I also calulated my calories and need to stay under 1700 so thats good to know.

feeling pretty good today in my new skirt and springy top. lots of compliments. makes the torture of p90x worth it!
Today was shoulders,chest and triceps and there is a sore spot in my chest. my triceps definetly need toneing. alittle bummed that i forgot my tennis shoes at home, was going to walk on my lunch, It's susposed to be 75 today. maybe baby and i can walk to thepark when i get home!

Cardio x was today- I like this workout, it's intense but the shortest and so many different exercises it seems to go so fast.
My ratios look alot better yesterday. Pretty pleased with my fat being under 30%, and the carb is 36% only 1%higher than the protein, so much better. just need to add another protein.but in grams protein is higher so getting better.
got on threadmill and walked 2miles last night.

It looks like I'm up 1. lb but I know what that is from and glad for the clue. I did have a cheat on friday and a small piece of cake on sunday but surely not enough to gain a lb. should see a good loss by friday! Not going to freak out about it though.
Today is the beging of week 5- did core today. I feel like there is an improvement in my pushup alittle dipper at least in the start.
I also premade some of my lunches for the week and didn't buy bananas. Had a blueberry smoothie this morning -yummy kind of tasted like a blueberry muffin! Also didn't buy any protein bars, going for natural foods except for my protein shakes in the morning.
