OK SO fell off alittle and last week only got in 3x of p90x. husband got deployed,little guy got sick and than baby got sick so didn't eat all that great either but good news is didn't gain any weight.
I'm back at it now. Week 9 Monday I did back and legs, I don't know why but at the 9 week it drops legs dvd but didn't want to do chest and back. And today I did kenpo instead of cardio x because I haven't been able to do saterday for the last 2 and kenpo is my favorite. Tommorrow will do what the schedule tells me too
Have come to realize one round is not going to be enough so after this go around is over I will move on to the classic or the doubles with going to the gym again instead of doing cardi x every night. Hopefully no set backs for these last 5 weeks. I did over a week in there too. Being a busy working mom and staying dedicted is harder than I thought but love the results I have seen even so

This morning was Cardio x. I am sore this am. I didn't use the recovery drink so wondering if thats why or becasue I'm trying alittle harder in my workouts now that my form is improving.
FAILED MONDAY on no sodas,caved at 4pm for the drive home. can i do it today?

did core syn this morning and felt like my form is getting better. and pushups whille not gettin easier are looking better as well.
I don't know if i need to track my food better or if my body is just happy at being around 150. I am not cheating overly but perhaps not as clean as the diet calls for. I want to be able to eat in the real world and only fix one meal for the family. but I am noticing more tone and clothes are definetly looser. Two pair of pants are actually too big. So i need to try to quit worring about the scale but think 145 sounds better.
Goals for week
(1) use fatsecret to track all food
(2) go to ymca at least 3 times this week in addition to p90x
(3) no skipping P90x- get through all of them, yoga will be part in am and part in pm
(4)no fast food- not even grilled chicken sandwiches
(5)no sodas on monday, tueday, or thursday.

This morning is chest,shoulders and triceps. it is quite the workout. Last week I was so sore the next day I couldn't do yoga so hoping its not that bad this week. I have abs tonight and then will get in a cardio workout tonight cuz have can't go home whille little guy has rangers.
Eatting was on plan yesterday and today is going to be as well. oh and size 12 pants are offically tooo big. yay!!!

got up and did core syn at 5am yesterday even though it was labor day and I didn't have to gett up that early. but felt good all day because i did do it. But I did eat alittle off plan and feel very quilty about it, didn't binge but nachos definetly isn't on the plan nor was the cookie, I did only have one but that's enough to make me feel like i failed
Then this morning I couldn't make myself workout.,but i brought my shoes to work and will head to the Y on my lunch hour.It's susposed to be Cardio x so can probaly get it after work. ugh I can't let myself slip off
