Kenpo was today. love this workout, a great stress relief.lol all those kicks and punches. and I can do everything they are doing ,only sometimes i need a small break or i get behind. lol.
Ratios look decent yesterday. I may not be able to get my protein to 50% but 40 is my goal for today. I struggle with likeing my banana in my shake and than seeing the fat and carbs it adds to my day. ugh. I need to buy some blueberries cuz i like those and then every other day have a different one. or even some other fruit too. Today I will have a salad on my lunch with veggies!

Core syn today, feel like my push ups are getting better!! I just had protein and milk with half a bar for breakfast, definetly not enough. I was trying to keep my fat and carbs down. have been hungrey all morning. ate my other bar in my desk but the chicken from my lunch.lol at least they were good choices. don't feel quilty about the chicken fresco tacos either at lunch- yummy and didn't even miss the cheese or sour cream. two was enough. saw .5lb loss on the scale so hoping for a 1.5 weight loss for the week. i will try not to get on that scale again til then.
149 is my first mini reward- I WANT A new pair of heels!

I am on recovery week today and since i didn't get to work out yesterday did Mondays yoga x today- got 47 min done and hope to get in more of it tonight. Since I am a day off ,will plan on not taking sunday off.
Ugh- my calories and every thing was off yesterday. and I'm sure the fruit snacks didn't help. Or the nuts. nuts are healthy but man the amount of fat in it.
Still feel pretty good overall about sticking with it and would love to be close to goal by my birthday in middle May. That's only 17.5lbs but sounds like alot actually. like 1.75lbs a week. but you know If I can get into an eight and look better I will be happy with that too. Being 120 or a size 6 isn't that important anymore. Dear hubby doesn't even want me to get that small again.

I did not fall off this weekend. I feel like I really ate well and down 2lbs to show for it. yea! I did kenpo saturday and really put myself in it.
Today is the beginning of my recovery week so its yoga but baby woke up when i was going to start. hopefully do some tonight .

LEGS AND BACK- I actually like this workout. it's intense don't get me wrong but its working my trouble spots lol. I don't have a pull up bar so use my bowflex on my knees and definetly feel it in my lower back,
added two scoops of protein to my shake this morning and did blueberry and strawberry and two slice pineapple - yummy. fat was definetly down and calories but carbs in pinapples are pretty high. its a no win situation. lol. tomorrow i actually have time to cook eggs so looking forward to it.
