YESERDAY-My carb count seems high for phase one and my fat grams as well but protein seems good . OK today work on the amount of carbs and make the protein ratio higher.
woke up did shoulders and arms p90x and tonight is ab ribberx. would love to get in a 1.5mile walk on lunch if not to cold. wish i still have my y membership but we weren't using it enough as a family to make it worth the cost. I saw 154 this am but don't offically weigh in till Monday so won't change it. Just wanted to see if I was on the right track this week so i will try not to weigh again till Monday!

CARDIO X just about kicked my butt this morning. but I didn't eat anything before hand and started getting really hungry. Made it thru- thankfully its only 43 min. I wished I had made a protein shake like yesterday -sounds really yummy instead of the low sugar oatmeal i have in my desk. After work before my son's belt ceremony for sure!
Feeling pretty good about staying on track

I saw 159 on the 14th but refused to weigh in here thinking it was only water weight from a bad weekend. but today saw 156 so no real loss but worked out all 7 days this past week. with two afternoon walks on top of my p90x and 30 min on the eliptical on sunday. I even ate well this weekend so feel like I'M still on track! A loss for sure next Monday!
Today I got up and did Core syn p90x and pushed myself alittle harder. Man I was breathing hard. lol. I plan to eat cleaner and not have as many smart one meals. Made a choc protein shake after my workout so good!

walked 1.5 on my lunch -not sure how far behind I am on the 100 miles challege though but might get in another mile taking the kidos to the park after work. It is so pretty.
yea me worked out 5 days this week. too many calories on the sandwich at lunch but honestly think I'll be ok .

Looking at my calories and break down- my carbs are high to high especailly in relation to my protein. need to switch that. buy some non fat milk for protein shakes and makes eggs instead of prepackaged smart one breakfast sandwiches I've eatten as well as limit the smart ones lunches and make more salads. EAT MORE clean next week. I have not weighed myself - waiting till Monday
I did do p90x legs and back this morning- very instense oww!
