I was alittle disappointed to see the same weight again but fell off last week around wednesday so probably will next friday as long as i stay strong this weekend.
I got caught up on my 100 mile challenge-loving it. Didn't realize i missed jogging till I started again. I got in 16.20 miles for the week, very pleased with that.
I wish I hadn't given up on getting fitter after my husband got deployed cuz now it's almost time for him to come home and I'm actually up 5lbs from when he left. grr
oh well can't rewind time- can only focus on now.

Wrong alarm got set so only had 30 min, so I jumped on treadmil and did 2 miles. I joined the 100 mile challenge to do in addition to P90 but on the days I don't get up in time running will have to do.Something is better than nothing. I was disqusted with myself when putting on a t-shirt it fit tight and bulgy and I had been seeing a smoother look. I have to stop doing this and realize I have to work out all the time even those times i don't eat right. I feel like I wasted these monthes my husbend was gone. Instead of getting fit and looking better for him, I undid some of my hard work. He said he doesn't care ,bless his heart.but I do. So I have 3 weeks left, maybe enough of time to lose those 7lbs I gained whille he was away.

So everyone including myself has been sick this week so didn't do much in the way of exercise but for Monday. Still am down a lb so not a total lose. LOL.

Yesterday I got up and did my core video. unforuntaly my back hurt this morning so didn't work out today. but brought my lunch and hope to get in a work out tonight. eatting was well yesterday and will be today. I just want to get under 150 again but the time husband comes home at the end of the month.

I totally bombed for November and December and it makes me sick. Not to mention the 8lbs I have regained. Decided not to wait for January 1 to restart so started . I had seen such good results with p90x and then let my husbands deployemnt and the kids derail me and i gave up. So today I got restated with most of core like 40 min but its better than nothing at all.
