YogaX - hate hate it! I did an hour and my limbs were shaking and aching. I added almost another scoop of protein to my shake this morning. I really want to buy the recovery drink again but it seems the price went up. And the stuff the gnc sold me doesn't have creatine in it like the p90x has in it. so torn, probably need to do alittle more research on it.My protein actually has it in it but to get the same amount you have to take 3 scoops and that's 60g protein and that seems a bit much in one sitting. I also need to not have my choc,bananna,peanut butter shake every morning and tomorrow have like a blueberry shake. but I love the taste and it definetly hides the taste of the protein.
Going to fail the 100 mile challengae part one cuz I started p90 again. but got in like 37 miles and hope to get to at least 40 by Monday.
but on the flip side I know this will pay off in the end and I am going to see amazing results!

Really trying to get my ratios in balance. susposed to be 50%protein,30%fat,and 20%carbs. This is way harder than it looks. but brought my other half of sub from dinner, looks like I will just eat the insides and toss the bun.and grab a chicken breast from mcdonalds,toss the bun. also really nice today,brought my tennis shoes, plan to walk 1.5 miles on my lunch.
did cardio X. wOW almost did me in, lol but thankfully it is the shortest.

1.5 for the week not terrible. had a cheat on friday for my aniversay but just one drink and chips and queso and then had a grilled chicken and shrimp with a few of the potatos.
this weeks goal is work on getting my protein ratio higher and my carb lower. if we get some nice weather would love to get a couple walks on my lunch or after work with my little girl.

155.5 really? I've tried really hard this week. why is my body happy at this number? OK next week aliitle more focus on the carbs, and fat ratios. didn't exercise this morning had something to do for my aniversay but will tonight. offical weigh in is on Monday so lets hope the .5 goes away and I would be happier.On a plus note, did see a difference in my belly, eatting cleaner has made the bloat go down.
OK so yesterdays calories were low but the fat and carb content were high . the chicken sandwich didn't have mayo though, and I ate soup before the pizza so i didn't eat much

yoga x with a stuffy nose was not fun. I got thru the first 45 min and called it quits. I plan to do more this evening. 1.5hours seems a bit much though.
fat doesn't look bad for yesterday but calories and carbs seem high. Today I have to eat lunch on the way to the kids school so thinking just 2 chicken breats with the lettuce and the tomato skip the buns from mcdonalds. and a diet coke. lol I know i need to quit the diet coke too but can't!
