Scale read 147 so logged it today since it asked for weigh in,much better than 149.5 like i saw yesterday. I knew it was water and too much sugar. Back on track but still not sure I will get to 145 by Monday. Maybe. Today was carido x. Maybe if it's not raining again, baby and I can get in a walk after work. Tuna and baby spring mix and lentil soup for lunch. Eatting as clean as I can to get there. My reward is a pair of wedges sandles!

149.5 ugg and ick! Went away for the weekend with good intentions of only having one cheat meal but turned into a weekend binge of carbs and junk. Sad thing is I saw 146.5 on friday but didn't log it cuz I don't offically log till Monday or Tuesday. I know some will go away with clean eatting and drinking water but not sure I will make my 145 goal for the month now. I even took protein bars on my trip and still failed. I have tuna in my lunch and spinach. Maybe some strict days of low fat and high protein will clear that up. I would even settle for 146 for the month.

Think I'm on the right track to be at April's mini goal of 145. Am a little nervous about this weekend. Kids and I are going to meet my parents about half way to their house and stay in a hotel. I plan to buy protein bars and try to get healthy but planning on a cheat meal. we're talking about going to cracker barrel saterday night since it's been years since we've been to one. My concern is that meal will be my down fall. We will be walking some and if it's sunny going to the zoo and nature park. But pretty excitted since I don't get to see my parents but a couple times a year!

no workout for this am - calling it my rest day but know baby and I will get in a walk tonight. I will do yoga on sunday when i can't sit still. thinking about buying another yoga tape cuz really hate yoga x because of all the same downward vinyassa and what have you. don't mind some but 40 min of basically the same moves gets old! and I can never get through the whole stupid thing cuz its 1.5 hours.
pretty happy about my calories yesterday although carbs seem high and protein seems low. lol can't win! fat is 30% so please about that

Really noticing changes in my shape- quite proud! wISH I was able to do ab ribber x more than I do but all the other videos are doing the trick. Think I may just have to wait till next round whille I work on making my back stronger. on the days I do the workout and ab ribber x my back is so tired and hurting and with 3 kids- one a baby who says up up all the time I can't be hurting like I was was. Nice that's its nicer I am walking almost every day in the evening and some on my lunch. I broke my 150 curse,hop I can keep that number away for along time. seems like I have been in the 150's for over a year now. Would love to see 145 by the end of the month!
