I think I've finally got my motivation back (I hope). I was looking through a fitness magazine over the weekend and found some new exercise routines I would like to try. I can even do these in the morning (if I can wake up early enough) without waking everyone up or having to get my 2 year old up. I know part of my problem is that I get bored WAY too easily; especially if I'm not seeing results. The best part is that 1 circuit of this routine is only 12 minutes so even by doing 2 of them I'm still working out but I'm not on my elliptical for 30 minutes staring at the timer. I'll give it a few weeks & we'll see.

UGH...sometimes I just can't help myself. I know I need to watch the amount of calories I'm eating but I'm just so hungry that I want to feel full and then later I regret eating as much as I did. I am less than 100 calories away from my RDI and I JUST finished lunch. Suggestions????

Finding it VERY difficult to get and stay motivated to lose this weight. I'm beginning to wonder if it's all going to be worth it or if I should even bother with the AF and just stick it out where I am. My husband is very supportive of me going on the AF Reserves (we are both previous active duty), but I'm beginning to wonder if I should. He is always telling me I'm beautiful and that I don't need to change and is he right? I'm not happy with myself but if he's happy with me does it really matter. My husband and my kids don't care what I look like so why should I???
