I'm a 38 year old married mom of 3. I've struggled with my weight for years(I actually got to lifetime and have since gained it all back and then some). I started back on weight watchers this week. I was mortified at the scale. I'm a bit dejected but figure it can only get better from here. I know it's a horrible time of year to start a weightloss program(already dreading the holiday baked goods)but I can't keep putting it off.
