Perfetti prima di un allenamento al posto della classica banana o per un spuntino. Possono essere aggiunte spezie a piacere.

  1. Montare gli albumi a neve, quindi unire il tuorlo cercando di non smontare il composto.
  2. Unire ricotta, parmigiano e il prosciutto a pezzettini cercando di non smontare il tutto.
  3. Mescolare tra loro farina e lievito e aggiungerli al composto
  4. Versare negli stampini da muffin e infornare in forno caldo: 15 minuti a 190°C e poi 10-15 minuti a 180°C.
