Gained some weight but working hard to keep it off. I'm wondering if anyone has tried the dukan diet I've read some really good thinks about it. Any points of view on this
79.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The attack phase has you eating mostly protein and dairy so you will lose. You have to make sure you eat your oat bran because the diet can cause severe constipation in some people. I think some people switch out the phases like do attack phase one day then add some fruits and veggies the next and alternate (cruise phase). Look up information online and see if it's something you could do.

I have heard of The Blood Type Diet but never looked into it. Can you give me a brief description of what it is about for blood type A? Thanks much....Gigi
