145/85 w/54 BG 139 (had eaten half avocado). Raining and I didn't sleep well so I haven't walked yet. Also I weighed and didn't put it down yet, Everyone have a great week!

Well tomorrow is weigh in and I had anniversary dinner (fried seafood) but I think I may have lost a little of what I gained anyway! And I'm ready to get started again with a low carb pescatarian with lots of non starchy veg! Had a pretty good day! Good luck all!

156/85 w/52 when I got up then walked 5 thousand plus steps and now 124/77 w/65 BG was 128! Hope everyone had a great week!

125/80 w/52 BG 134! Had fried seafood platter for my anniversary dinner, was good, but not as good as I expected for a cheat meal! Woke up hungry and ate a baked tortilla w/hummus and my coffee. Dude my sleep schedule is changing, I got up at 3am after going to bed at 9!

106/78 w/73 after walking 6998 steps! 3.09 mile 376.8 cals burned! Made nutritional oatmeal cookies for our anniversary breakfast, going to a restaurant we've not been to for dinner. Hope it's good! Everyone have a great day!
