130/79 w/49 BG 108. Not bad! I had a banana and half avocado, part of a salad. Then for lunch Chinese buffet and dinner the rest of the big salad w/noodles and sauce and bedtime snack a slice of pumpernickel w/peanut butter and sugar free jelly. Today is my husband and my anniversary of 38 years! I not only love him but I still like him very much! He is the best thing that ever happened to me, really.

I bought some of that glocomanan powder and made those low carb/calorie noodles! I just used some marinara sauce from a jar and it was very good! The pasta is just a high fiber filler but I made a very nutritious salad to go with it! I really enjoyed it. Only 2 tablespoons of the powder makes a huge serving (supposed to be 2 servings 😮). I've never been a one serving kinda girl! I heard about this guy that only ate this pasta and lost a lot of weight too quick and his skin was hanging! I'm not wanting to loose weight that fast and I also want to eat nutritious along the way. They sell the noodles (Shiritaki noodles) at Walmart already made, but I decided to make my own! Check them out!

125/77 w/47 BG 132 I had the veggie plate (salad, baked sweet potato plain, green beans, double broccoli steamed) but then I had half apple crisp no ice cream! The scales shows 1 lb down, but I never count on what they say!

Had to take clonidine today! cause 3 lbs + up. walking didn't help this time! ate some raw garlic, drank lemon water and some deep breathing and nothing helped even had avocado. I don't salt but I eat pickles and kraut. I did have squash and a banana for potassium.
