191.4a, I ate a bunch of veg last night and I hope that my gain is just that, but you can't go a lot on just the scales, because of did you poo 😮 or not! I am shrinking according to my clothes. I once read that to get an accurate reading, you should weigh everyday (same time/same weight clothes) and on the 7th day add all weights and divide by 7. Hope everyone has a great week and have a great meatless Monday!

134/86 and 119 Walked last night w/o phone 4 laps! Will weigh in on Monday, but I bought a size smaller pants and they fit great w/o squeezing! Yay!

well guys and gals, how you all doing? I had a better week than last week! I have decided to stop keeping record of my food and just put down my weight every Monday! I know it helps for some people to do it but I think it's sometimes a hindrance for me because when I put it down and I'm low calories for the day I think I can have something else and then go overboard! So I may post pics sometimes of my food but not record it till I see which works best!

My husband was always the type to drive across the street, not walk. Well he's been walking a lot and next Saturday he's going to do a 5K. So I have been doing 3 miles a lot but not all at once and today I did it all at once which took me an hour but I did it. Yea!
