149/90 w/53 little high but no meds and BG 112 even w/ cfs, mashed potatoes w/gravy, salad w/ranch and cornbread. having cheat day couple of weeks and try to get back to it after 25th! but may not cheat again until then, yeah right 😃! goin to Flames, never been before was told it is good, burgers, steaks and seafood!

136/85 w/46 and 105 BG. what's up with my heart rate and weight is up more again but the scale doesn't mean anything and yet it makes my day! that 2 week instead of just 1 I'm having, why didn't I look at the calendar? been having too many noodles. I'm ready to try to walk and see how my joints are doing today but it's still dark and I don't like the dark spots in the road.

Well it was eat out Monday and we went to the Italian restaurant and I ordered the saute veggies with extra mushrooms, so delicious, so why did I have to have 1 1/2 rolls with butter. It's so weird that some days you couldn't pry my mouth open to have one and today I just couldn't stop!

113/76 w/78 after walking and still no BP meds! My BG was 144 fasting (may need metformin again) now 21/2 hrs after eating 141.

Most of the time I'm not into traditional breakfast food and today I had shiritaki noodles with roasted neg (onion, mushrooms, mustard greens) and pasta sauce and a tablespoon of nutritional yeast. The counts were calories 165, fiber 9.7, sodium 689, carbs 25.63, and protein 10.69!
