I will run/walk with my daughter in the stroller tonight!I couldn't do it this morning but the weather isn't stormy today so we can get out. She loves to go for walks. I feel I really need to be carefull since I'm finished with p90x cuz I'm not burning as many calories. Maybe I need to do Kenpo saturday anyway to burn those extra calories and lower my calories during my break. I execptionaly need to be careful with this weekend coming up but if I plan on cooking ribs,add shrimp and eat more of the shrimp, and make a huge garden salad, and watch my carb intake. I will work out every day this weekend,no buts or excuses!!

final totals for p90x - took me a few extra weeks to complete and stopped doing ab ribber x at week 6 cuz it hurt my back and not enough time. plan on adding it in round 2. But very please with my results
beginning weight - 156
ending weight--- 143 total weight loss 13LBS
inches lost- 5 around high waist
5.5 around belly button
2.5 around hips
and went home a size 12 to 8 or 10s depending on style,type.

Last day of p90x for me!!!! I did core syns, except for the bonus bit cuz I ran out of time. Would like to get in the 15 min left of kenpo from yesterday and call it good. then tomorrow final weigh and measure. Feel kind of bad about breakfast this morning. I didn't have any fruit for a smoothie so got a breakfast sandwich from starbucks with my ice coffee(sugar free- no whip) and tossed half the english muffin. but the fat is high-subtracted half of the carbs so we'll see what the rest of my days brings. brought a smart one but its carby so thinking of going to the salad bar and loading up on a veggie salad.

Today and tommorrow are part of my p90x make up work and than wednesday am planning final weigh in and measure.Today was kenpox and tomorrow will be core. Really pleased with my results but wish my stomach looked better. but drinking green tea with honey and citrus fruit and trying to limit my diet drinks, I didn't have one at all on sunday. Won't ever have a flat stomach,but next round plan to do abx more.
pleased that i ate clean this weekend and scale stayed at 143 which is fine,since I weighed in on friday.

I did cardiox before work, man was I sweating.It is such an intense fast paced workout that really gets your heartbeat up. very pleased to see 143 this morning so soon after my cheat but I got on that scale twice so I'll take it. I have learned though my blood sugars spikes after a cheat and looks like a gain when it really isn't so I try not to stress or log a cheat weight unless it sticks the entire week
I have to work 5 hours this morning but wish the waterpark was open. really sounds nice. And relax on the lazy river alittle whille.
