Going to be more laz and not so stressed about dieting. If I want to cut carbs a month I will. If I want to cut calories for a few months I will. If I fall of the wagon I will. I just want to lose weight on my terms and take the stress out of it. Adding a lot more exercise though

The only difference between this weigh in and the last is I drank beer this week. This is how big of a difference it makes.

Binged before the big start. Mostly alcohol so much alcohol through the depressing holiday season, but ate more fast food than normal. I am going to miss my beer.
