Yesterday I ate what I wanted. I wouldn't say I cheated or binged. I just ate the exact same things my family ate (which none of them are over weight) my calories average was under 1000 a day and carb average was 60g. I was feeling so faint I could barely get out of bed and was losing 1-2 lbs a day. I dont think my body could handle the sudden change. They say fasting and cutting carbs will make you feel great, that is a lie (I have done many cleansing fast and by the 5th day couldn't get out of bed) So I ate what the others in my house did including 3 slices of pizza which were great! My calories were 2101 and carbs 187. I am trying to lose slowly not just for health reason but for my Skin too! So I don't feel bad. If this ever happens to you one day DONT FEEL BAD, if your weak it is your body telling you something.

Seems like every time I cut carbs it cuts my calories down. I have lost 6 lbs this week. I am trying to lose slow so if I gain 4 or 5 lbs back I do not care. I am gunning for 1-2 lbs a week. It is still weird for me to see my daily fat content though. Trying so hard for more fiber. You know women need about 30g a day! I am finding it hard especially with low carbs, and I am taking a fiber supplement. My exercise didn't blow over too well just 3 days and bam my back and shoulder. Have been having problems for years, can barely sit at my desk right now but I am going to try anyway if it gets unbearable then I will stop. I really miss my nightly beers with my husband. Going to make a bunch of cauliflower pizza crust, flat breads, and freeze them the last few times they didn't come out right but were so good. Sub cauliflower for breads and starch really works and is good, maybe I can get my fiber up again

What did I do differently in 2013? Everything seems about the same.I had finally not only meet my goal but went beyond it that year. I was looking at my weight records when I first started on the sight which is all other the place over the last few years.. since 2008 (before that 2008 I was 212 but had gained that from 130 in a year time that was crazy for me I never thought I would be over weight especially since I had 3 kids and never was over weight hell I weigh more now than I did full term with any of my kids) . It was the worse year of my life, deaths, murder, sabotage and had to buy 3 cars (my daughter turned 16) that is just a tiny bit of it. So I know I had drank more that I should of. My husband and I are real big beer fans. Trying to get into brewing our own. Last week at this time 4 days ago I was 155. I dont know why I jump up and down so much. I royally screwed up today on carbs but had a good work out (it is weird I actually get a good amount of cardio I have do cardio through all these years but I feel I need to change it my body just got used to it I guess) Starting the slim in six again. I have it need a change might as well. Sweet tooth is killing me today which usually means next week I can expect my period. Anyone else have that?
