gained 5lbs in one week... from heavy beers. IPA stouts bocks wheats. I was wishing all my favorite beerfriends good by for a while so I went all out bought a lot of stuff from local brewed beers ( $9 bucks a 6 pack! ), so I can get healthy. As far as food calories this week, it wasn't nothing (wait no I did eat a frio pie one day). This gain is all from my beers. God Im going to miss them. After I watched my 16 year old daughter die last month, all my goals just got knocked back. Plus I am out of my meds and have no insurance which make activity make me faintish.

....whatever, My daughter almost died. Spend 4 days in ICU waiting for her to wake up watching machines breathe for her. 2 weeks of extreme stress. I almost lost my 16 year old daughter so my diet and weight mean nothing to me at this time. I need to focus on her.
