I think it is funny that everything has artificial coloring. Pretty much everything. Well I wanted to surprise my kids and I went and got us Halloween whoppers ( the bun if vegetarian friendly so replaced the meat patty with veggie for my daughter ) I don't regret it. It didn't "kill" my day and I passed up that oreo shake I really wanted so that was a small victory. It was fun eating something so different and you could taste the A1 in the bun. I just wish I could try the squid ink black bun they did in Japan! I think it is funny ppl would eat a whopper but you turn it black and they feel like putting junk in your body. Duh you already are right? Bottom line it was fun for all of us. We had a laugh. Honestly it was good I have only had 3 other whoppers in my life and I don't remember them.

I have a real hard time not standing on the scale every time I am in the bathroom. My weight can fluctuate up to 5lbs a day and it drives me up a wall. I started having my husband it and bring it out on Monday Mornings. Well he went out of town and didn't take it with him. I put it up, but the temptation to get it down is getting to me. In other news, I am dressed to work out but am procrastinating and writing this entry. Have been searching the internet for motivational weight loss stories, but haven't found the right one to get me up and moving. The hour work out is going to be hell. I find it hard to get excited about a hour of hell some days, and my back hurts.

What the heck? I went to sonic last night for dinner I wasn't really that hungry but was feeling weak and lethargic plus I haven't had a burger in forever. I ate a bacon cheese burger, most of a waffle cone, a few onion rings. At the end of the day I figured my calories and carbs would be insane, but they were 1502 and my carbs under 100? My daily average is 984 cals. and 69 carbs. I wasn't going to put it all in my diet records because I was scared to see how much it was, but did anyway today. I don't feel near as guilty. I know the sugar wasn't so great but I am still losing weight apparently I was at 83% of my RDI (but I have a low metabolize and know my RDI is BS if I ate the amount of calories the RDI tells me to in order to lose 1 lbs a week I would be lucky if I could maintain)It never deny myself a day like this when I am feeling weak and lethargic even if I have 2 in one week sometimes. It is nice to actually get to eat what my family was eating, and not have to cook 2 different meals. I just really felt guilty today thinking I ate may have ate 4000 calories or something so I was shocked to see how much it actually was.
