I did pretty good food wise until about a half hour ago. I was downstairs prepping dinner and started grazing while I was doing it. Wasn't too bad and as long as I don't overdue it at dinner, I should be fine. And unlike yesterday ,where I spent almost the whole day in bed, I actually went to the gym today. Hopefully back to routine tomorrow.

So I had a crappy day and did good with my food up until about a half hour ago. I ate more than I wanted to. I am planning on having my weigh in tomorrow morning and am scared that the stupid scale hasn't budged all week. Or worse, if it's gone up. We will see. Not looking forward to the morning.

I am planning on weighing myself Saturday morning. I haven't been on the scale all week, but have been eating good, doing lots of cardio and weights.
The closer it gets to Saturday, the more afraid I am. I am petrified that it will only be a pound or 2 , or nothing at all. Or worst of all, if there's an increase.
Gaaaaa, feeling stressed.
