I had my plain oatmeal and ground flax for breakfast, then spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and salmon for lunch. I felt really good until about 4pm and then I started getting REALLY hungry.
The downside being that I was going to the gym on the way home from work and wouldn't eat dinner until about 7:30pm. So I stopped at a variety store to look at the little bags of nuts. Holy crap, they have a sh*t load of calories in them!!! Then I found a package of jerky that was only 100 calories and not a lot else other than sodium. The up side was it took me forever to chew it,lol.
Now I'm home and finished a healthy dinner. I'm happy I didn't cave in something really bad. ( my husband was trying to convince me to get " a little snack" from Harvey's. I said no,lol)

So I did 60 minutes of back and arms yesterday at the gym and then 30minutes of an Xbox fitness program. Ate good and drank a lot of water. And of course when I got up, the scale had gone up. I was so miffed I didn't record it. It's been months and I can't seem to lose anything. Up 2 , down 2.
Today I did another 30 minute Xbox fitness program ( kickboxing) and then did 60 minutes on my treadmill. I'm going to try really upping my cardio and see if that does something.
I'm really surprised that I haven't given up yet, so I guess that's good.

Went to my dad's 75th birthday party yesterday. Had a few bad things but still didn't do as many calories as I thought I would. Even had a small scoop of Baskin Robbins in a cup.
Had a good day today. Ate good, lifted weights before lunch and just finished a half hour of fitness training on the Xbox. I'm a sweaty dog.

And the scale is still the same...grrrrrrrrrr. I'm still measuring &weighing food, & weight lifting, and cardio.
