While I did go over my calorie intake yesterday ,I don't feel too bad about it as I've been doing a lot of kickboxing. At the end of an hour I'm a giant sweaty puddle,lol. I really don't want to admit to my husband how much I like the Xbox program. He was bugging me for a month to try it. Now I want to fit it in any where i can,lol.
I just finished my hour and am now deciding whether or not to do yard work, house clean m or go for a walk,lol. I'm also looking forward to gym night tonight. I love lifting weights!!

I'm going to the Mandarin for my mother in laws birthday today at lunch. It's going to be tough to not only figure out how to record anything, but to keep away from the crap. Fingers crossed!

Yesterday started off really well. Had my oatmeal and then went in to help at my husbands work. I had brought a really healthy tuna salad for lunch but then after listening to everyone talk about pizza and burgers and then looking at large posters of burgers ( graphics company) all day I caved and ate crap.
Only I didn't just eat crap, I continued to graze at home until dinner was made. I ate so much, I was bloated and felt really yucky.
It's over, I don't feel guilty and today is a new day and I'm not feeling the binge monster whispering in my ear so it's all good.
