I finished my kickboxing and am now having some homemade chicken soup for lunch. Feeling kinda sluggish though. I hope it goes away as I want to do legs at the gym tonight. Sleeeeeeeeppy

Finished my 75 minutes of kickboxing/MMA. Now on to yard work ....maybe after lunch,lol

I'm looking forward to gym night tonight. I think it's legs. I did 75 minutes of kickboxing/MMA yesterday and today on the Xbox.
My husband has lost about 7 pounds doing the kickboxing , I'm kicking his butt in points and I have lost nothing,lol.
I did have some oatmeal this morning and felt better doing my workout.

Bad news -was feeling really pissy yesterday so I ate a ton of crap
Good news- I'm back on track today and lifted heavier than normal
