Been struggling the past week or so to stay focused on clean eating in the cold weather, but still on IF and exercising. Seeing the progress 2/3 of the way to goal, I’m reminded of how far I’ve come. Thanks FS family for your support along this journey

For those looking for a free, at home workout that'll leave you smiling Nd swearing at the same time, check out Sydney Cummings on YouTube. She posts a new workout Everyday so you don't have to guess what to do each day, and it's FREE! I'm no love ne'er the young flexible gal I used to be 😂 so she's perfect for not so young, getting back into fitness me. I had to share this because for me her channel has been a godsend because I didn't want to go back to gym just yet!

It seems my previous entries weren’t loading 😢 I went up and am in a downward movement again but can’t see it🤷🏽♀️ Anywho, am happy scale is moving back down again👍🏾

Hi everyone,
I found a Keto cauliflower Pizza base that’s actually delicious And holds (doesn’t crumble in your hands).
Happy Friday everybody💃🏽🤗
2 cups cauliflower
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Season (optional)
- par cook cauliflower
- Allow it to cool
- Mix in cheese and egg, and mould into ball
- flatten ball into pizza base shape on baking paper
- Place in pre-heated 220C oven for 10 minutes
- Put on toppings including sauces
- Place back in the oven for 8 minutes

Morning Family,
I discover 2 wonderful websites for anyone on the Keto journey. They have loads of free Keto recipes and provide macros for each recipe. Best of all, they have recipes for proper meals AND treats (baked goodies, “Keto-friendly” sweets etc ). If you’re a baker you’ll love these sites. I made Apple muffins this morning (without apples, using baby marrow instead 🤷🏽♀️ I know sounds crazy but true) and they came out fantastic. 4g carbs each, including glaze!
