點心:堅果10顆
暴食:餅乾*2 素食辣豆乾(大概3把⋯)
晚餐:豆乾 / 飯 / 高麗菜 / 炒雪白菇+素火腿/牛奶
運動:阻力帶訓練 25min
今天不知道為啥就超想吃東西🥲
真的很難ㄛ⋯⋯控制飲食
還看到報導說每天喝拿鐵一年可能會多胖5kg
真的該戒掉拿鐵了 體重下不來QQ
