Hola, Fat-Secreters....I am still fasting today.....didn't eat off-limit foods yesterday....I went to the gym yesterday and here's my exercise....My daughter and I are going back to the gym to do weight training tonight (YAY)

Good morning, FatSecret-ers! Still fasting today (12a-4p)...I am a little cranky, but I am going to blame that on my upcoming cycle this weekend and not the fact that I haven't eaten....ate some pizza last night and I know I shouldn't have....I went to my doctor's appt this morning...The nurse practitioner was so happy that I had lost weight...she recommended that I lose another 10 lbs SLLLLLOOOOWWWLLY so that I can fall below the recommended BMI for my height (I'm only 5'0"")....She said maybe lose the 10 lbs by the spring....

Good afternoon, all! I'm still on my religious (12a-4p) fast...the scale went down 1 lb. I am trying to remain spiritually focused (yesterday my mind was off track).
I am so excited! I tried on a pair of pants three weeks ago that was absolutely too tight (brought them a couple of years ago), but I can fit them now!!!! I'm wearing them to work today....I have to remain consistent on this journey.
Hubby is still barking that he doesn't want me to lose anymore weight (LOL)...I'm ignoring him on that complaint BUT I am taking heed to his advice of weight training. I started the week before last, but can't find time to fit it in on my off running days. I GOTTA DO THIS!!!

My fasting to 4pm for religious/spiritual reasons is still going on :)
Set up an appointment with my new Primary Care Physician for Thursday. I wanna keep on track with my health and want a fresh start with a physical! Here's what I did yesterday:

Good morning, everyone. Hope you all had a good weekend. Religious fasting again (12am-4pm) this week. I am thinking it will end by the end of the week, but not sure...Hope to see the scale go down! No exercises yesterday, but here is what I did Saturday:
60 squats (30 day squat challenge)
Participated in the American Heart Association Heart Walk on Saturday. The participants were walking moderately slow, so I couldn't run...But here's what I did:
