9/25 Back in the saddle. Started a vegiterian diet last week; no white food.Started swimming again.

as of 3/8/12 my BMR is 2367 x 1.3 (activity level)= 3077
to loose weight should have a 500-1000 c deficit suggested

ACSM says 1800 c min for men... so somewhere between 2077-1800 c

3077 x 7 days= 21539 cal/wk to loose 2# p/wk is 7000c/7= 1000 deficit calories p/day.

2077 cal p/day to loose 2# per wk

been swimming regular. need to get back to no white food. got to be 263 by april 23... 49 days 3 pounds a week. thats pushing it but doable.
