still at 268, eating very light; I think, hope, that muscle I am replacing accounts for the 'seeming' plateau.

Eating well, but the pool has not been available this week. I did elliptical and some weight Monday; pool should be open today.

Started taking a Gymnema Sylvestry "sugar buster". Im also trying to stay faithful with psyllium husk at each meal. Keeping eye on my morning blood sugar numbers which are higher than in the evening; 'dawn phenomenon'.
