Ordered my Vegan CLA today! Yay! I love that stuff; it was one of the key players in my weight loss last time I gained this much weight. It really helps me develope the body that I want for myself. Helps melt away fat and develop strong muscle is its place, with the help of good diet and exercise, of course. I'm super excited that I did drop a lb and a half. Though, it is only a lb and a half, the hardest thing for me is to get my body into "losing" mode. Once in gear, it's all down hill from there. This website and knowing that I would be reporting back to it, has really helped me to focus on my goal. No way am I going up another pant size! And I am really disappointted in myself for allowing me to gain the weight that I have, but it stops here. I will get back to where I am happy and then I WILL maintain!
I'm thinking of buying a Body Bugg this month. I've wanted one for about two years now. For anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, check this thing out!

It's like having your body on a computer program and I think that that is totally nifty!
Hubby leaves tomorrow and my good friend comes back. I'm going to totally take advantage of the next 2 days for a detox. Friday is an outing to the art museum in Palm Springs and I'm super excited for that. Well, that's all for now.
P.S.~ My body must be prepared itself for the detox because I haven't even been hungry at all. I had to force myself to eat some yogurt...

Blah... It's Monday. Mondays are always so hard to get a start. I have nothing to do today and I absolutely hate being bored. I would love to go walking but it's about 105 degrees out already. Maybe later this afternoon.
My hubby leaves to go visit his family on Wednesday and won't be back until Sunday. I'm thinking about a two day detox, Wednesday and Thursday, while he isn't around to derail me. I would love to go for all five days but my friends and I have been planning a huge 4th of July bash for awhile now... Can't have both, so I think two days is better than nothing.
I'm trying to debate on what to have for lunch... Baked potato, maybe?

I plan on doing much yardwork and groundworking at least two horses... That should be a pretty energy output, especially considering the condition of the yard. lol. Hope everyone has the best of days!

I couldn't sleep last nite, at all. I finally went to sleep around 3:30am and then was back up at 6am. ugh. I watched TV and then went back to sleep until around noon. Not a good way to start my day. So as of right now I eaten nothing and the worst thing is that I am not even hungry... I never get hungry until evening time and I hate that because then it's more of an "out of control" hunger. It's all of these bad habits that have gotten me to gain all this weight. It's certainly not healthy to just not be tired but I don't want to take sleeping medication either.
