My new pic is from my stage debut as the Huntsman in Snow White. When I was over 300lbs I would have never had the confidence to be on stage in a play. I had so much fun and I was just cast as Herr Zeller in the Sound of Music for the summer performance.

Losing the weight has truly allowed me to come out of shell and become the type of person I always wanted to be. It sounds corny but it is very true. Of all the things losing weight has done for me, the opportunity to re-define myself is by far my favorite.

Finally down a pound. Having a full Spike Weekend 2 weeks ago did it's job spiking my metabolism. Now i just have 3 more pounds to go for my goal.

YES! Finally under 220lbs! Only 4 more pounds to go until I hit my goal. I had my bodyfat tested last week and I was at 10% but goal is 8-9%
