I've followed all my challenges this week as well as joined a new one to be fit by October 7th.
It's been a very difficult week for me. My best friend said that she's happy shes no longer the 'fat fried' and it's now me, and my brother told me that he can tell that I've gained a lot of weight. What's the most hurtful is my friend saying something like that to me. She included that she now has me beat weight wise and I should try harder to lose weight ad be healthy. When I was skinny everyone told me how great I looked and how they wished they looked like me. But I was throwing up my food and hardly eating all day! All I want to be is healthy and happy and comments like these just make it harder.

I have no idea how I lost a pound yesterday. I ate absolutely crap. But, I am thankful that I did lose the single pound it made my day a lot better.

I've started the day eating an apple and romen noodles along with some coffee. Although the romen noodles aren't the best thing for me I find it in my best interest to eat something salty than to ignore the craving till the end of the day and binge on something I'll regret like chips or fast food.
What I wish to gain from this account is to feel good about myself and to eat healthier to get back to my original weight of 115. I don't want to resort to my old habits of starvation and purging like I had done in the past (I went into treatment in spring of 2010). What I'm not thrilled about is the weight gain and not eating healthy. Hopefully this will change those habits.
