It's unbelievably frustrating. I have never been this heavy in my life. Every time it's my TOM I gain the weight back and I have to start all over losing it. For some reason it doesn't just go away like other peoples bloat. I'm sooo tempted to start taking diuretics like I used to in the past to help lose the weight but they did so much damage I'm afraid to but I'm becoming desperate.
I have been going to the gym which is helping me feel more relaxed but I'm stressed out over starting my new job Monday, it's making me want to keep eating!
So it's back to the psyllium husk and possibly diuretics.

I need some support...
This week has gone ok diet wise. Working out wise, not so much. I've been super busy trying to find a job and worry about that rather than working out. Part of my issue is I don't know how to exercise on my own. I need to take a class to follow weight lifting or cardio. The only cardio I do on my own is walking. Now with the cold and rain it's becoming and easy excuse to blow off.

I've started taking psyllium husk first thing in the morning to help me start my day. So far its been helping me 'fill up' so I've been eating less snacks and more nutritious meals. For some reason I don't crave 'bad' foods when I take it I guess cause I never reach that starvation mode where you want to eat anything around you and you just don't care lol.
