I have no idea whats wrong with me! I feel smaller and less bloated yet I've gained weight! I always weigh myself at the same time, as soon as I wake up, so its not like I have a belly full of food. I'm just really disappointed and don't want to even record my weight, it's embarrassing.

Ive gone two weeks with no pop and try to exercise everyday (it's very hard with my work schedule). But I have lost no weight since my last weigh in. I've been trying guess I just need to step up my game and exercise more!

So, today didn't work like I expected it to. My mom and I both had personal pizzas from Pizza Hut and I had a small ice cream cone. Other than that I had some nachos and a frozen meal (lean cuisine). My stomach has been acting up lately and everything I eat has been making me feel sick and bloated whether it's pizza or an apple.
I'm thinking of possibly going back on a gluten free diet to help relieve the symptoms. When I went on it briefly, about three weeks, it did seem to help but it was costly and restricted my food intake too much. I started feeling as though I'd rather not eat at all than find something that was gluten free. So I stopped. If I could find an easier way to go about a gluten free diet than I'd be all for it.

so I'm off to work this morning. Started out with mango green tea and oatmeal. My lunch is trail mix. My goal for today is to detox from the icky subway I ate last night. It gave me the worst stomach ache! Plan is to come home and lift some weights for 45 mins while watching dance moms :). I need something to look forward to.

So started the day with a fruit salad and a two mile walk. Because the day started out so well I got a lot done and felt pretty good, even though I have to leave for work in a few.
Goal for tomorrow is to walk and start the day eating right.
