So I actually met my Healthywage goal weight of 169 about three weeks ago. Once school ended, though, I moved into a two week cheat mode. So now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Going back to keto, since it seems to be working for me. I am going to start working out more consistently. I recently bought some barbells and weights, so we'll see if that ups my progress a little.
I am also supposed to be doing a dance at my family reunion in August with my daughter. So that is also motivation for me!
Here we go! Let's do it.

Fell off the Keto wagon :(
These past two weeks have not been great. My daughter's and my husband's birthdays were back to back and I just couldn't hold out. I am back on track though. My healthywage challenge ends at the end of this month and I still have another five pounds to go! I figure if I eat clean for the next few weeks and up my exercising I should be all right.
Otherwise I am out of the money for my downpayment for my car. And that would REALLY suck. So there is my motivation!

Had another slip up this week. I had to throw away my son's birthday cake b/c it just kept triggering me. My husband and daughter don't need it anyway. It wasn't even that great, but just the sight of it made me want to go back to the sugar. Now it is out of sight, and out of mind.
I joined the gym near me. Now that my son isn't nursing as much I can try and work out more often. I am going to try to go three times a week. Still going to continue the little routine that I do at home.
This may sound silly, but I watch My 600lb Life and lift weights. Seeing these people be motivated keeps me motivated to keep going, lol.
Hopefully joining the gym will put my weight loss into high gear!
