Well, I made my healthywage goal naked, but once I put clothes on it was about .9 pounds over. So I didn't meet one challenge. The other challenge ends in four days so we'll see if I can lose that .9 by then.
I am not too discouraged though! I feel great and am starting to see the progress that I am making. I am proud of myself!
I just started another personal healthy wage challenge to lose 16 pounds by February. I think that will help me to stay on track and not eat too much over Thanksgiving and Christmas. Got to keep my eye on my goals.
I did want to add that I lost 15lbs in 11 days. While that may seem wonderful, I know probably half of it was probably water weight. It makes me regretful of the week and a half that I lost control of my eating because I wouldn't have had to struggle to lose those ten pounds I gained. Lesson learned.

So close to my healthy wage goal! Just one pound away! We'll see if I can lose that one pound overnight. I didn't want to work out tonight but I guess I will just to make sure that I hit it. It's just a mini goal, so it's not a huge amount of money that I would win, but anything is better than nothing!

Almost didn't do my workout last night. I was really tired and just wanted to chill. But I told myself that if I could sit there and watch tv, then I could work out. So I did it. Didn't even take that long. And I'm glad that I did. Had to push myself out of my comfort zone!
