So I'm new to this keto diet and am not sure how well I am doing. I log everything that I eat. I still am not getting as much fat as I am supposed to. It's kind of hard for me to grasp since high fat goes against just about everything I've ever learned about healthy eating.

We'll see! Still looking up more recipes.

I had a mini binge this weekend after hubby and I had pizza on Saturday as a cheat meal. My weight is down a little today, which to me confirms my fears that I am not eating enough, especially since I am still nursing the baby. I need some ideas for healthy snacks so that my body won't go into starvation mode.

Proud of my progress thus far, but I really need to work out. Hard to find time with such a tight schedule. But I need to get it in! I can feel my body wanting to move.
