I still have no appetite at all. My husband is worried about me and watching every little thing I put in my mouth. I fixed taco's last night and made myself a salad out of the stuff. I ate about 6 bites of it and Jessie was sitting there looking at me - like - aren't you going to eat any more of that??? I was satisfied. I keep telling him that my pouch has probably gotten back down to the right size to lose weight again.
