I've been relatively heavy all my life and always went about weight loss in a negative way. I figure it's about time I take a positive and active role in losing and maintaining a healthy weight.

I do tend to fluctuate on my eating habits and splurge every now and then (I tend to have one day a week where I'll kinda stuff my face, haha), but I don't see any harm in enjoying yourself so long as it's in moderation. My exercising habits also tend to fluctuate as I enjoy changing things up a lot to keep it interesting. Repetition is a bore!
