Um, I am 23 and want to lose weight, I tried in January with just eating healthy but there were little to no results and I got discouraged., and kinda stopped. Then about 8-9 weeks ago I started eating healthy again but started to run. I shaved my massive beard and was seeing results. It wasn't til 2 weeks ago that a friend of mine notice the lose of weight and inches that really encourage me to do the 30 miles in June. I want to to be 190 by next summer and get with the ladies haha.
