Calzone

Piatto da forno gustoso senza lievito.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mescolare la farina con i condimenti desiderati. Aggiungere l'acqua e impastare per circa 10 minuti. Coprite con pellicola e fate riposare mentre preparate il ripieno.
  2. Grattugiate il peperone, la cipolla e le zucchine e fatelo passare in padella con olio e sale.
  3. Stendete l'impasto sottilmente e trasferitelo in uno stampo da crostata. Nota: Tagliare una piccola porzione da utilizzare in seguito.
  4. Farcire con le verdure precedentemente cotte e sbriciolare sopra la feta.
  5. Dall'impasto rimanente, creare delle piccole strisce da stendere sulla torta.
  6. Cuocere in forno per 30 minuti a 180°C.
