Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Quick and easy tasty low calorie casserole that's great for any dieter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C)
  2. In large casserole dish, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Bake covered, 35-45 minutes. Remove cover. Bake 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
  4. Note: try adding different kinds of vegetables.

I made this last night and loved it! I did make a few alterations like using the healthy recipe (98% Fat Free) cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery, instead of the garlic. Also, I used thin spaghetti whole wheat noodles, not that it makes much of a difference. Thanks for the recipe, it was great and just what I needed in my "food rut"! :)

According to my point calculator it would be 5 pts per serving...not bad for a meal. If you could find the half fat cream of mushroom soup it might come down a fraction...I can't get low fat cheese in my area, but I'm going to try this anyway!
