I just baked these, half I rolled in splenda and did the criss cross, the other half left in balls. I used a jumbo egg and smuckers natural pb (no sugar in there) and I cannot believe how good they are!!

I make something similar only 1 add 1 tsp of baking powder so they're more "cookie-like." still fragile right out of the oven, but once they cool down they're great.

I am going to try this recipe. But my twist will be to use PB2 or powedered peanut butter which would cut more carbs and fat and probably have it taste much better too. I will let people know how it turns out. :)

These are so delicious! My son has told me he prefers these over the ones that contain real sugar.

very tasty but crumble too easily. I had cookie crumbs by the time I got them all off the sheet. I even added some coconut oil because i used natural..maybe another egg might help

These are as good as your peanut butter is. The better the butter, the better the cookie. I like to make them and put them in a zip lock to keep handy when I'm tempted with the "forbidden" foods.
